Paul G. Maguire

Paul is a managing member of FTF Investments LLC. Paul has over twenty five years experience in providing consulting, taxation and accounting services to U.S. and international clients. Paul joined the Dublin, Ireland office of Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now Deloitte and Touche) in 1980. He transferred to the Philadelphia office in 1981. Paul has extensive experience in corporate finance and has assisted clients in obtaining both private and public funding. He has created innovative financing opportunities for clients including in house leasing programs. His experience has also included due diligence, bank debt negotiations, corporate workouts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate divestitures and consulting chief financial officer services.

His industry experience includes real estate development, construction, capital equipment, fitness clubs, retail vending and distribution.

His international clients have included an Italian molding machine manufacturer, Irish real estate developers and investors, an English marketing (networking) company.

Paul serves on several non profit boards including currently serving as the treasurer of the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians, www.welcomingcenter.org.

Paul received a BS in Business Studies from the University of Dublin, Trinity College, in 1980 and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1982.

Anthony J. Diver

Anthony is a managing member of FTF Investments LLC. He has over ten years experience in the US construction industry. Relocating from Donegal, Ireland to Philadelphia in 1994, he commenced working as a draftsman with a local architectural firm and, a year later assumed the position of construction cost estimator with a Philadelphia based construction management Company.

In 1999 he joined Tamora Building Systems, Inc. www.Tamora.com, a Butler builder, as head of project management. In 2001, he negotiated the buy out of the major shareholders and became the chief executive officer of Tamora. Under his leadership Tamora has increased their annual revenues 500%. Tamora has become one of the larger pre-engineered building contractors in the Philadelphia area and has grown a strong design build project practice.

Among the projects Tamora has completed under Anthony’s leadership are:

• Liberty Electric Power Generation Station (Pennsylvania)
• Air Force Base Supply & Freight Terminal (New Jersey)
• Various Manufacturing & Distribution Warehouses (Various States)

Anthony is involved in several land development projects, residential and commercial, and is experienced in leading the team necessary to take undeveloped land through zoning to building and leasing.

He has led teams through the whole spectrum, ranging from property searching, feasibility studies, property acquisitions, budgeting, scheduling, engineering and design, permitting, and construction. His relations with local real estate professionals have provided Anthony with access to current knowledge of real estate market opportunities in leasing and sales.

Anthony received a Diploma in Construction Economics from Sligo Regional Technical College, Ireland and a Bsc in Quantity Surveying (Construction Management) from the University of Portsmouth, England.
